To use HDS Off Site Assistance, first call HDS at 877-278-9800 and tell a representative that you would like Off Site Support for one of your workstations.

 

When asked if you want to Run or Save the file, choose “Run”.

If you are prompted by any firewall software about whether you want to allow the connection, choose “Allow“ or “Allow Always” or “Permit” or “Permit Always“.
