Question #1:  Does Hudson Digital Systems offer leasing and/or financing options?

Answer: * Yes, we offer potential buyers different purchasing methods on all of our digital radiographic systems.

Question #2:What are the specs of your machines?

Answer:* Our specs information can be found on our CCD, Flat Panel, and FUJI CR pages.

Question #3: Does your machine handle exotic/small animals?

Answer: * Yes, some of our partners run exotic hospitals and we’ve seen pictures of frogs and birds that would blow your mind.

Question #4: How “user-friendly” is your DICOM software and image viewer?

Answer: * Our DICOM software was built with our partners in mind.Training takes one day and we are available 24/7 for any questions that our new buyers may have in regards to using their new application.Our software allows for easy integration with modality worklists, ultrasounds, and any practice management software you are currently using. With our DICOM Send feature you are able to send images to any teleradiologist that you are currently using or we can set you up with one of our partners. Everything is available right on our custom build HDS DICOM software.Our image viewer is networked through-out your entire facility, allowing you to view images in an exam room to show your patients.

Also you can do the following with your image viewer:

- Burn cds for your patients

- Compare x-rays taken on different dates to show improvements

Question #5: What is involved with your system installations?

Answer:* Our system installations take about two to three days. We setup an appointment to install and configure the x-ray unit, second day is based on networking and computer setup, and third day is training.For certain installs time may be shorter. We will work with your electrician and building architect to ensure that your x-ray room will meet our requirements before install date.

Question #6: Do you offer service contracts?

Answer:* Service contracts will be provided after system warranty is expired. No need to prepay $6,000/year for service in order to purchase our machines, you bought it from us we take care of it. We have confidence in our machines and their ability to function properly without locking you down into a service contract.

Question #7: What type of computer backup protection should I be expected to have?

Answer:* HDS offers our clients three forms of backup (all comes standard). We provide hard-drive backup for your entire operating system in case of hardware failure, HDS data script (exclusively provided to our partners) for your images and data which will automatically backup your files in real time, and offsite backup for protection outside of the facility.
